Sometimes a full night of shut eye doesn't help.

We all have to deal with it from time to time: bags and dark circles underneath and around our eyes, making us look tired and worn out.  Is there anything that can be done about them?

There are various causes to what scientifically is known as periorbital hyperchromia, but unfortunately, the most common cause is due to aging.
