It’s that time of the year again. We are all thinking of some challenges that could help us reach new personal goals and get the year off to a good start. It might be hitting the gym to lose those extra pounds you gained over the festive time, or to try and give up that nasty smoking habit. Research has shown that there are some measures we can take to give ourselves the best opportunity in succeeding with our goals.
