Man Drank 10 Cans of Coke for 30 Days to See How It Affects His Health

Today we consume more sugar in our diets than ever before. America’s struggle with obesity-related diseases may be the worst health epidemics the country has ever faced, all thanks to heavy sugar intake and poor diets.

A father of two, George Prior decided to take part in a science experiment to measure the effects of excessive sugar intake over a period of 30 days. In measuring the effects after drinking 10 cans of Coca-Cola for 30 days in a row, the 50-year-old described feeling unwell and bloated and he had gained weight (23 pounds in 30 days) from drinking the Coke.
